1. Booking Conditions
All bookings at The Palm Suites are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel
- Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes
- Rates may vary based on season, demand, and special events
- Confirmation of booking will be provided via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
2. Check-in/Check-out Policy
Check-in
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in
- Credit card or cash deposit may be required for incidentals
Check-out
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Express check-out service is available upon request
- Room keys must be returned at check-out
3. Payment Policy

Payment Terms

4. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: No charge
- Cancellation must be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp
Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: 50% of room rate charged
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in: 100% of room rate charged
No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive without prior cancellation: Full room charge applicable
- No refund for early departure unless due to hotel-related issues
5. Guest Responsibility
Property Care
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas
- Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made
- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times
Conduct Guidelines
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited
- Outside food and beverages may be restricted in certain areas
6. Hotel Liability
Limitation of Liability
The Palm Suites shall not be liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings
- Injuries sustained on the premises due to guest negligence
- Interruption of services due to maintenance or technical issues
- Acts of nature, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control
Security
- In-room safes are provided for valuable items
- The hotel is not responsible for items not secured in the safe
- CCTV surveillance is in operation in common areas for security
7. Force Majeure
The Palm Suites shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor strikes or disputes
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Utility failures or infrastructure breakdowns
In such cases, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests or provide appropriate alternatives.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Personal data is protected and not shared with third parties without consent
- CCTV recordings are maintained for security purposes only
- Marketing communications require explicit consent
9. Modifications to Terms
The Palm Suites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at The Palm Suites shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
